- Prop budget – confusion about the scaffolding from the Mandarins – are we borrowing, renting, or buying? Mandarins believe we purchased, will work that out later.
- Need to acquire materials to build safety railing – do we need to have a safety inspection due to the height of the scaffolding?
- Galena show discussion for Saturday, October 3rd. Discussed volunteer schedule and trailer pullers.
- Kids are to report to Galena @ 9:30am, some of us will be there by 9am with coolers for food donations.
- Unload 9:30-11am, lot warmup until noon, lunch 12-1 (BBQ), another warmup from 1-1:30, official warmup @ 1:45, gate @ 2:25, perform @ 2:30, awards @ 3:15, dismiss @ 4pm.
- Kids will be loading the trailer Friday during IC
- Extra set of keys need to be made for trailers and will live in Ms. B’s office

- Emily’s husband is taking care of getting the banner made for DMI, need to find turnaround time so we can determine the deadline for sponsorships. Media Mania was suggested as an option for affordable banner.
- DRHS Bookkeeper software glitches & report access issues
- There are a few issues with the accounts that may need to be reconciled once the bookkeeper is able to get a report
- Fundraising for alternative Band Day – plan, schedule, execute prior to Nov. break
- Discussed drive-thru event at the school. Dan to price yard signs to advertise event. Possible event 10/15 after practice (1-2pm) with food trucks or slushie truck with partial proceed donation.

- Discussed options for flyer drop-offs in neighborhoods (“Envelope Distribution Project”/EDP), will work on that at a future meeting
- Joell to reach out to DiLoretos to see about getting a uniform donation on behalf of Downtown Damonte. Will give multiple years of advertising on uniforms in exchange and the band to play at their grand opening.

- Deputy Superintendent and 3 board trustees will be in attendance at Galena. Adam Mayberry (at large trustee) asked for the DRHS performance time specifically to watch our performance.
