- We have received several sponsorships in the door including:
- $2,300 from Absolute Music
- $1,300 from Ronald and Helen Simpkins
- $250 from Keith Nebeker (Eli Bringhurst)
- Please start using CutTime for things more and more to direct families there as a central hub
- We have several parents who have asked us to reach out for help: Mary Hicks, the Key family, Will Kinsley
- If we need web updates, send them to Christi as she has now learned how to update it
- Uniform tops have been ordered, shoes are here, and it looks like we don’t need bibbers. Guard uniforms are here.
- Treasurer Report – Emily Kidd

- Board members’ CutTime account adjusted for volunteer time (did on 8/18)
- Fundraisers – suggest we do a restaurant partnership once or twice per month. The chocolate sales lost money & the donation drive brought in just $300. Schedule them

- Snack cart: we will be moving to a ‘need only’ snack cart for students with blood sugar issues or who were unable to get a snack before rehearsal that day. Parents and student leadership will help with monitoring this.
- Next parent meeting: Thursday, September 22 at 7pm in the Theater (Christi will give overview of upcoming competitions/events and we’ll go over volunteer positions needed. We’ll then have a scan-o-rama for people to sign up online)
