- All three school board trustees showed up (board was invited to SSHS and UNR as well)

- Jamie has gone through the spreadsheets from Holly and Emily as well as the contents of the binder. There are still some discrepancies that will be reviewed against the email account.
- Raffle prizes – it was mentioned at the last meeting that there was a box of raffle prizes
- Will need to find a new Santa, as Amy’s dad is unable to help
- Put donation/raffle table somewhere else?
- Better organize the music groups and assign songs?
- Yard signs for craft fair are in the BPO closet
- Put out the Sunday before the craft fair (the signs say “this Saturday”)
- Do we need an info booth? Or can it double as raffle/prize/trophy table?

- Need headcount ASAP because it will require contract review

- Fingerprints & background checks still outstanding on most chaperones. Not sure why it is taking so long, but many parents submitted in August/September and are still waiting.
- Get parents to donate $$ for road meals for SoCal trip?
- Setup a parent meeting before CA with all the info, since it will be a 4-day trip
- Still need to fully disassemble props to fit into the trailer and make sure we can put it back together – need to find a full crew to help
