- Today was the last field trip band event.
- Megaband is 5/31
- New Director will be here for the Leadership auditions on 2nd/3rd
- Band Day June 3rd
- Graduation June 15th – 8am playing (call time 6:30am @ DRHS)
- Earl donated $5000 to offset the costs
- Support staff might be able to be paid from another a tutoring fund through the district (Tim McCartin).
- Still need to pay the rest of the bus bill and expenses from banquet (awards and engraving)
- Families are starting to pay outstanding fees, but there are a couple of families who are struggling to pay.
- Toll Brothers will be providing a $400 donation through PayPal
- City Council check came and was deposited.
- Outstanding fees owed: Steve Sperber is owed $1490.64, Kyle Zive $1722.84, Bus $10,666.60, Christi $8900-ish
- $8000 line item for fundraising that was going to help pay for IP, which was never done.
- June 1st park get together for new families
- New Director will be here for this
- Put together a packet and Google form for parents for next year to start collecting information to get parent involvement. Maybe a flyer w/QR code?

- Better World fundraisers – Emily needs to set up the account so we can start setting up our fundraising platforms. Will run the backyard raffle through this platform and it has to be done this summer. Also look into ideas for sponsorships and ongoing fundraising throughout the summer “adopt a band student, buy a pair of shoes, etc.”
- Need to make a flyer and graphics for the raffle to post on social media and website. Jessica will work on getting graphics of the items being raffled.

- Can we get something for Artown to support the DRHS band?
- Prop Yard Cleanup – need to come up with a plan. Is it possible to get a dumpster back to clean up the yard? Need to wait until Kyle and/or new director can look at the yard and determine what we are keeping and what we can get rid of. Jessica will see if she can get a dumpster available and then we can pick a date and get volunteers to help. Lisel will also work on getting a dumpster on site.

- Figure out the drop off areas (rather than DRHS)
- Every group gets a team of 4 kids (2 kids per door) with the maps and bags
- 1-2 designated adults per drop-off location – DRHS, Depoali, Poulakidas, Damonte Ranch Park, Comstock Park, Fire Station
- How many parents do we have that are fingerprinted? 26 – We need to reach out to the parents to see who is fingerprinted that is willing/able to help that day. Christi will work on how many kids do not have a prior engagement that day.
- Need to look at a Venmo QR code to accompany the PayPal code.
