- BBQ/informational meeting for incoming parents.
- Doesn’t want to plan mini-camp at this time.
- Possibly May 25th or June 1st? Dan asking Christi for preference.
- Drumline shirts/needs from Kyle
- Need tops to come in, no clue about show shirts
- Kyle has coordinated as much as possible with Wendy
- Has trailer drivers set up for next events until Spring Break
- Kids to bring money for snack bar/food on the Antelope trip. Also will provide lunch (sandwiches).
- Need to reach out to guard parents to see if we can get more involvement from them as well (Christi should reach out).
- Band Banquet, May 19th @ Life Church
- Plan for dessert buffet is on track.
- Need to have a committee to plan this: Jamie will email Kitchingmans, Karis, and Kincannons to get some assistance. Should have a team of senior parents to make sure this is special for the kids.

- Jamie to reach out to Lisa. Since she signed for the trailer as President of the BPO, she will need to take care of the registration.

- Sent 39 individual emails to parents & printed out a copy of the CutTime statement/invoice for Ms. B to give to the kids
- Bus for Sacramento trip was paid through DRHS 2/17, $5,600
- Still owe SoCal bus
- Marching Season Collection Efforts: $22,338.56 owed Jan 18 (39 families)
- As of 2/27/23, $13,709 owed (22 families)
- Emily will work with DRHS front office to mail the remaining fair share invoices to parents on Thursday (3/9).
- Dan suggested restructuring how we set up volunteer requirements to avoid some of the budget issues. Will add to next meeting’s agenda for an official discussion/proposal and/or vote.
- Emily asked for an additional set of eyes on the bank statements that is not a signatory on the account. Jamie will assist with this.
- Jessica asked Emily if we can get ahead of the Indoor Percussion fees to ensure that we don’t have to chase funds later. Emily will reach out to parents to follow up on unpaid fees.
- Look into possibility for the future to see about how we can ensure that fees are paid before starting IP. Will add to future agenda.
- Vice President Fundraising Updates – Lisel John (not present)
- Redline fundraiser update: $3,962
- This is the first payment, there is another payment that is still incoming, not sure what that is.
- Mini golf fundraiser in May

- Donation letters sent to 89 local businesses: Received $950 cash, $420 product (P&L $1,147)
- Bingo night
- Jason has a lot of the product that has come in to be used for raffle prizes and some other commitments from businesses for additional donations.
- Jason is working on the flyer. Jamie to add Jason to her Canva team to review the Bingo flyer and get a non-jpg version.
- Ms. B has some yard signs and we can create sleeves to advertise.
- Jason bought supplies for 500 people (9 games).
- Jamie will fill out the forms for the GCB.
- Dan requested volunteer information – need an adult and student volunteer list. Students can only do concessions, raffle, and music. Need to send out before Spring Break.
- Still working out what prizes are for winners and what will be for raffle.
- Send out save the date for bingo and ask for support with prizes.

- Fundraising for the future – another trailer, uniforms, scholarships.
- Setting up the BPO to be an effective program in the future. Make a list of “capital improvements” that we need and a grant program to pay for things.
- Audit/review of the bylaws and establishing a list of who is responsible for what.
