- If we gave them the deposit now, the uniforms could be ready as early as October 14, after competition season starts.
- The Treasurer states that we do not have the cash on hand for the deposit and to sign a contract with required funds puts us in a very bad financial spot, does not recommend.
- Is working on the budget for the 2022-2023 Marching Band season to share with the parents at the Parent Meeting (possibly August 5th). Treasurer requested a meeting to discuss prior to the final version as there were some tweaks during the 21-22 year.

- Concerns:
- Need to update the Sponsorship sheet once the trailer wrap logos are set (to remove the option to have your logo on the trailer) – Emily has list from Robert, who is doing leg-work on this.
- Trailer wrap make the form fill-out larger (adjust in share drive, eek). Will Absolute Music sponsor? Per Dan B., they communicated they would like to sponsor at the Maestro level, but wouldn’t be able to free-up the funds until sometime next month (Aug). Board agreed to provide a trailer logo space without payment now as goodwill gesture to support our ongoing relationship with this local music business.

- Needs:
- Buy tops: possibly see if they have some in stock
- Buy bibbers: replacements for new students
- Things needing to get done:
- Uniforms:
- Emily K – this is a 3-7 year purchase-plan that we just started planning. We don’t have cash on hand to pay for the deposit (quoted $17,520 for half due now and $17,520 owed in November).
- Dan B – if we order in the spring, we could get alterations and be ready for the fall season 2023-24. Timing right now puts the order coming in after the competition season starts.
- Lisa – we can fundraise for this specific purchase with community businesses between now and spring to get the full funding.
