The following terms and conditions apply to all vendors participating in the annual Damonte Ranch High School Band Craft Fair.
- ALL BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE EVENT COORDINATORS. BOOTH CHOICE IS NOT GUARANTEED.
- All returning vendors from the prior year will receive preference in booth selections, as available, provided they register in advance of open registration.
- All vendors registering during open registration will receive booth space on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Vendors must submit full payment and application forms electronically to confirm placement.
- Base fee for all booths is listed in the registration form. Electricity is an additional $10 fee to be requested and paid at the time of registration.
- Base booth fee increases by $10 after November 1st of the event year.
- $15 of each booth’s fee is nonrefundable. All refund requests must be received by November 1st of the event year.
- No refunds after November 1st of the event year.
- No-shows will be ineligible to participate in future events.
- One item (approximate value $25) is to be provided from each booth space to be used as prizes for the Band Booster Raffle – vendors with two booths are to provide two raffle prizes.
- Only one business per booth is allowed.
- A maximum of two booths is allowed per individual and/or business. Any registrations containing more than two booth payments will have the remaining payments refunded, minus the $15 non-refundable per-booth fee and any administrative charges from the payment processor.
- All exhibitors must provide their own booth setup, including tables and chairs.
- All tables must have table coverings.
- Pop-up tent frames are allowed, but vendors may not use the tent canopies or other coverings.
- Food items must be packed and labeled. Samples may be served only with a valid health department certification.
- Food items may not include any food or drinks sold in our concessions area.
- All exhibitors are responsible for collecting sales tax for all tangible items. A “ONE TIME SALES TAX RETURN” is required to be filed for all vendors who do not directly remit their sales tax to the state of Nevada. All forms must be filled out and returned even if payment is not required. Current sales tax rate is 8.265%. Failure to provide the completed and accurate sales tax return, with payment if required, may be ineligible to participate in future events.
- All tax forms must be submitted to the info booth BEFORE tear down on Saturday afternoon.
- The following items are not permitted to be sold: Drug paraphernalia, sex items, weapons (including, but not limited to guns, knives, swords, bows & arrows, etc.). Please remember that this is event is at a school and students and families will be present. All rules and regulations of the Washoe County School District remain in effect.
- No setup is to be done before the designated setup time. Each vendor will be assigned a setup entrance, which should be utilized if at all possible. Students are available to assist vendors with loading and unloading their booth equipment.
- All setup must be completed before doors open to the public at 10am. Any vendor not set up before shoppers enter the venue may be ineligible to participate in future events.
- No tear down is to be done before the event ends at 4pm. Failure to adhere to this will result in non-participation in future events.
- We make every precaution to protect the security of the vendor space. However, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items at your show.
- Craft fair staff and students cannot “watch” booths for vendors at any time due to liability issues. It is advised to bring a helper to ensure adequate coverage at your booth in the event breaks are needed.
- Free WiFi is available as a guest of the WCSD, but is not reliable. Cell service is also spotty. If you need a reliable internet connection, we recommend you providing your own.
- Premium WiFi may be available at an additional cost. Details will be shared by event coordinators if available.
Failure to adhere to any of these may result in dismissal from the show and possible ineligibility to participate in future shows. We appreciate your understanding and support.
